"Tension" is an immersive installation comprised of a series of three handmade quilts and simplistic wooden structures. In a culture preoccupied with the pursuit of maturity and power, the work is designed to transport users from the realm of adulthood into the recesses of childhood, commenting on society's reliance upon nostalgia and its perceived comforts.
