Developed and Produced for the Ryerson Athletic Department
As a continuation of my employment at Walt Disney World, I was tasked with observing and assessing the university's Mascot Program as a means of improving the current structure. This opportunity allowed me to draw upon the skills I learned in Disney's Entertainment division and apply them in a leadership role, as I was responsible for the preparation and delivery of a report evaluating the program which will be used as a training tool in the future.
Following the successful production of an observational package, I was offered a long-term position with the university as their Mascot Coordinator, responsible for the maintenance and support of Ryerson's Mascot Culture. Through a series of observations, interviews, and events, I created an all-encompassing Training Handbook to be used as a means of promoting Ryerson's Mascot Program while also solidifying its presence as a professional, student-focused part of campus life.
