Nothing can stop me from planning the most magical birthday bash ever!
As someone who really loves celebrating their birthday, COVID-19 had the potential to really put a damper on my plans. However, I was determined to still make my birthday as magical as possible, and what better way to do that than transforming my living room into an Elsa-inspired ice palace?
Building on the skills I learned during my year as an event design student, I set out to design and host a birthday party worthy of the Ice Queen herself. With themed activities, handmade decor, and a little bit of pixie dust, I was able to deliver a one-of-a-kind birthday experience that made both my guest and myself feel like queens for a day.
Themed activities
As a way of immersing my guests in one of my favourite films, I designed an itinerary of fun activities based on a number of key moments throughout Frozen 2
Personalized inner spirit runes
Inspired by Elsa’s transformation’s and Frozen’s Scandinavian influences, each guest received a personalized Norse rune that speaks to their unique characteristics.
Each rune was accompanied by a vial of “frozen magic” whose colour corresponded with the significance of their rune.
